From the beginning of the Branford Boase Award there has been a parallel competition for the next wave of talent - YOU!
The Henrietta Branford Writing Competition is open to any young writer under the age of 19. Six winners are invited to the celebration party in London on July 9th, 2008 where the Branford Boase Award is announced too. There they can meet authors, editors, publishers, agents, and other professionals in children's publishing.
